Equipment + Supplies Donations

Since our founding, donations of equipment and supplies have been essential to operating our programs. Equipment that meets our standards for condition are used in our classes or are distributed to students who complete classes and show an interest in continuing to make photographs.

Unfortunately we cannot accept all donations. Donations must be clean, functioning, and in good condition. Below is a list of current equipment needs:

  • Studio lighting kit

  • Microtubes

  • Unexpired darkroom paper

  • Working Pentax K1000

  • Medium format cameras

  • Large format cameras

  • Tripods

If your donation is on this list please reach out to Program Director, Michael, michael@insight-photography.org, to arrange a drop-off. Sending a photo is helpful to determine if it fits our needs. Please do not donate anything you think might be trash.

If you aren’t sure what photography equipment you have, please contact our friends at Vermont Center for Photography. Through their Photo Thrift Store, they will process your donation and pass along to In-Sight any equipment or supplies that can can be used in our classroom or by students.
